One of the most memorable experiences and the driving force behind the creation of Huuevent happened during the organization of the Vietnam-Singapore Education Cooperation Conference 2025. It was a significant event with a large number of guests, and I encountered an unexpected problem during the check-in process.
After completing the check-in for the guests, we had to pass the list of checked-in attendees to the MC so they could read the names. However, due to the lengthy guest list and the manual check-in process (by marking names by hand), some guests were inadvertently missed when the MC read the names. This not only created difficulties for the MC but also lowered the quality of the event, making some attendees feel less valued.
